1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is available upon request — please contact us before placing an order for rates and timelines.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for Bank Transfer orders) or order verification (for COD orders).

  • Handmade items may require 1–2 extra days for quality inspection before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days (depending on location and courier service).

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and courier service. Estimated timelines will be provided after order confirmation.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value (as advertised).

  • International shipping charges will be calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders within Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. Delays & Issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
