At Urban Draak, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

📌 Note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., with name embossing) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Discounted / sale items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color variations (subject to availability).

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
